It can only sleep 4. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. There is no fold out sofa in this unit.This unit also has many beautiful antiques. NO PETS. THIS UNIT IS ALLOWED 2 CARS/PARKING PASSES ONLY. ONLY 1 CAR CAN BE PARKED IN FRONT OF THE UNIT.
