ENJOYABLE STAY

The condo was very nice. Clean and everything there as expected. It was nice to have an end unit as we had lots of light in the living room\dining room. One suggestion is to describe what type of coffee maker is in the condo. It was a drip maker and we brought K Cups. We were surprised that the unit had 2 full baths. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

VERY NICE UNIT WITH GREAT LOCATION

Nice one bedroom unit with a great location next to Mammoth creek. Had all the basic amenities, not too fancy but comfortable. Nice deck overlooking the creek area and trees. Has a very small second bathroom in the bedroom that we didn't use; might make a stay with more than two people more convenient.

JULY & STILL SNOW ON THE GROUND

I have to say the mammoth creek condos are my favorite. The location is easy to get too there is plenty of level parking. This was 1st time in unit 11 a nice 1 master bed, 2 bath ground level unit able to sleep 4 or 5 depending on how cozy you want to get in the living room. if more than 4 people you'll likely need extra Pape plates. Hap plenty of pots and pans, good knives, elect stove top/oven , small toster oven and toaster w/ old school coffee pot. living room TV was app driven wee able to see some sports programs many we just couldent access. Next to out unit was a propane BBQ we were given permission to use made grilling some chicken much better than using elect. stove. No hibachi grill use on balcony. bedding was a little light if more than 2 people. no extra blankets. If you like to sleep w multilabel pillows bring-em with you. All in all a great value for the our stay for the 3 of us. Tennis court and pool just 25 yards across the way.

BEST VALUE IN MAMMOTH

This unit has beautiful views, steps from Mammoth Creek and a short walk to stop 4 on the Red Line up to Main Lodge. Also a pleasant walk to Von’s and other shopping. Unit is clean, comfy and cozy. We eat all our meals in, and kitchen is quite adequate. King bed is very comfortable, and both bathtubs come in handy for soaking sore muscles. On-site managers are friendly, responsive and accommodating. The pricing is the best we’ve found in Mammoth, especially their Sunday through Thursday 5 nights for the price of 4! Great value, always a lovely stay. We keep coming back, again and again.

PRETTY NICE PLACE, GREAT VIEWS

View definitely was great as it snowed for quite some time. Guillermo kept pace with the snow. As for the condo, comfortable and heat worked great. TV service was ok. Somebody else's userid was on it, felt uncomfortable changing to ours & having the next person see ours, but we did it just to watch something other than basic network stuff. Noticed tv in bedroom is just basic. **Light switch in bedroom not working! We assumed it was supposed to turn on the bedside lamps?? Sliding glass door shades in living room are wonky. Two little wobbly cushy chairs in living room are oddly uncomfortable. That braided rug in the "hallway" slides all over, difficult to deal with since we both have walking issues. Some kind of non-skid could be stuck on the bottom of it, like a "rug pad gripper". Would we stay in this again? Yes.

We love staying at Mammoth Creek Condos. Check in and check out is always seamless, the condos are clean, well stocked, and comfortable, and the location is beautiful. We love staying right along Mammoth Creek and enjoy the proximity to everything Mammoth has to offer. We’ve been staying at these condos every summer for the last few years and will continue to do so!

UNIT 11 AT MAMMOTH CREEK

The unit was fair with some issues: there were small gnats in the unit that appeared on the window screens in the evening. They were especially present on the kitchen window. Gnats and flys were found around the kitchen and living room areas within the unit. In addition, we thought the full bath in the closet of the Master Bedroom was an odd addition given the fact the unit is a one bedroom condo. Oh well, to each his own! Overall, we enjoyed our stay regardless of the gnat and fly issues. Next time we’ll request a different unit at Mammoth Creek. . Cheryl and Gary were very nice and accommodating.

Wall heater didn’t work very well. Had to use bathroom heater to keep the bedroom comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I’m renting unit #25 the end of this month so hopefully the wall heater will work better. I usually stay at unit #1 that I enjoy very much.

What a beautiful location! The creek running by in the background. The bike path. The mountains.... The condo was clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The manager had to help us figure out the DVD player and was gracious and welcoming.
