MAMMOTH CREEK UNIT 14

Come enjoy our seasonal pool and tennis court during the wonderful summer months. We also have a year round sauna and 2 spas. This is an upstairs unit. Enjoy the casual atmosphere of this condominium. A total of 8 people can be accommodated. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and the loft has a bunk bed (twin size on top, full size on bottom) and 1 twin bed. A large flat screen tv in the living room, plus tv's in the loft area and master bedroom. It has a wonderfully stocked kitchen. YOU ARE ALLOWED 3 CARS/PARKING PASSES ONLY. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Please Note: The owners have a dog that they sometimes bring to this unit.

Mammoth Creek condos is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes with close proximity to retail shops, sporting shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, free shuttle stops to the village and ski lifts. Each condo is only a short walk to fishing in the Mammoth Creek and a few miles from the Mammoth Lakes Basin where the fishing is incredible. Enjoy our two heated year round hot tubs along with our heated pool for the summer months. Explore the miles upon miles of hiking and biking trails that the Eastern Sierras has to offer. GREAT STAY IN MAMMOTH CREEK!

We and our family are great fans of the Mammoth Lakes area of the Sierras and visit as often as we can. We generally camp however are finding it more difficult and are so pleased to find this very comfortable alternative to share our favorite part of Gods Creation with our children and grand children! Our unit 14 was beautifully maintained and equipped with all the amenities of home. We very much enjoyed the quite time together, the swimming pool, and tennis court, and well maintained hiking trails throughout the complex. Thanks so much for this beautiful experience, and hope to visit again soon! SH ,TP, and Family.

NICE UNIT

The pictures of the loft showed a stand alone full or double bed that was not there! Only the bunk beds and couch. This required a person to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, everything was excellent except for a few minor things. The downstairs plastic shower curtain was folded over and stuck together. When opened up to stretch the curtain out it was very moldy inside. The cleaners had not taken the time to open the curtain when cleaning. Also, the refrigerator does not have an ice maker. Ice trays are a pain when you use a lot of ice. There are also three remote controls associated with the main tv and itâs components. There were no instructions so figuring out how to use the equipment was very challenging. A universal remote should be set up. The lower left handrail of the outside stairs is quite loose. It did not appear to be ready to come off but it needs to be tightened down. It is quite discerning when you grab the handrail and it wobbles. Also, there is no blender in the kitchen.

Hi to all and I am one of the owners of Unit 14. We were recently there to see how the new carpet looked and to order new window coverings amongst other improvements. We take all comments very seriously and try our best to make the unit comfortable for your stay. It is always a work in progress but we also replaced many of the pots and pans with a new set with lids and more clean skillets. The dining chair seats were recently recovered to match the custom made cushion on window seat by the fireplace. There is a new flat screen TV and entertainment console in the downstairs bedroom. We will continue to listen to comments and upgrade all that we can. Thanks for staying with us.
