Stayed here with a group of 4, myself included. Nice large and cozy condo with a kitchen, which was nice for making some quick meals. The TV and fireplace was nice to hang out with friends and enjoy each others company. The community hot tub was a major plus.

we loved ease of access(keys in envelope @ office). the unit was perfect in every way for our needs: clean, comfortable, good view, t.v. worked easily, fire box was well stocked with wood and fire-starter and matches, and it worked without smoking up the interior. we even went to the hot-tub for a leisurely soak. thanks a bunch, Z

That is a great unit....better stocked than we did in 36 all those years. Really enjoyable unit with the second best views in Mammoth. Light bulbs need checking; the smoke alarm needs new battery; and the dining table chair seats could use a new pads. Otherwise....great. thanks

GREAT CONDO WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW

I stay at Mammoth Creek Condos often when visiting Mammoth Lakes. This is my first time in Unit 35 and it was a wonderful condo with great amenities. It's a wonderful location with a beautiful mountain view. One morning and one evening we had deer right outside our deck. However, there were two things of note. In the twin bed room, there were two dresser drawers (two left bottom) that had mice droppings int he drawer. I sent a picture to the management office of the bottom drawer when we first arrived. I didn't realize there were also dropping in the middle drawer where I had already put my clothes until I packed to go home on Saturday. Also, I didn't like that people parked right outside the window of the twin bed room. Other than that, this was a fantastic place to stay and I would stay there again.

Pros: very clean, nice views from the living room and deck, lots of extra storage containers, had fun playing some games, lots of DVDs (didn't watch any but it is nice to have that option) Cons: ground floor, dark, old curtains, heating is uneven and the unit was often cold--it appeared only 2 vents were working (owner should replace heating -- can only imagine how cold it would be in winter ! ). Twin mattresses old and sagging but apparently are going to be replaced.

Love staying @ Mammoth Creeks. Easy access to the mountain and always look forward to getting back to the condo after and relaxing. Everything we needed was there. Makes these trips easy. Will be back

The office manager, Cheryl Cancon is an awesome, kind, and extremely helpful person!!! She does a great job checking you in and out! Mammoth Creek is wonderful place to stay! # 35 has great views of mountain. Very nice place and comfortable!

Always enjoy staying at these condos. First choice when looing for a place to stay in Mammoth. Easy to access and very comfortable. Great Jacuzzi. Only downside is appears prices have been rising lately

We had a fabulous experience. The condo was spacious and featured a well-equipped kitchen. I had brought some things I thought might not be in the kitchen, but I didn't need to employ those items because they were already supplied. It was clean and ready to be occupied when we arrived. We were able to use the outdoor grill by the pool area, and ate a delicious tri-tip on Tuesday evening. Having the park and a shopping area within walking distance was a bonus. The scenery was breathtaking and the weather was perfect! Everyone in my family was very impressed with the accommodations. Thank you!
