Unit 31 is a great place to stay. Views of the sunrise and creek. Beds are comfortable. Could use a SmartTV and the cushions on the sofa could be restuffed. Kitchen utensils are nice. Will definitely considered staying in this Unit again next year. Wish it had a washing machine and dryer like Unit 33. Had a wonderful time in this Unit.

View fantastic. Grounds beautiful. Staff friendly & helpful. Thanks for the plastic wrap & tupperware (none when we arrived) Furniture mostly comfortable but feels like a hodgepodge & crowded, especially in dining room & counter. Too many pillows on master bed, had to store under bed. The decor is so distracting- too much & too many different styles. We love our time at Mammoth Creek but would not stay at this particular unit again.

The new ceiling heater above the drywalls works very slow to warm out the unit. Once it gets warm out then it is good. The unit also needs more and brighter lighting. Other than it was pretty good unit.

The condo was clean, quiet and included the basic necessities. If it was mine, I would upgrade the kitchen and baths, otherwise a comfortable stay.

This unit has been upgraded to make it beautiful. The view is fabulous of the Sherwins mountains. We woke up every morning to a different sunrise. We plan to go back to this unit in the future. It is walking distance to the town and a park for our grandkids.

This unit was recently remodeled with new flooring and a new dining room table. There is also a new sterns and foster bed in the guest bedroom. Beautiful views of the Sherwin mountains. I will return to this unit in the future.

Perfect stay, 180 degree views of the sherwins, Mammoth Creek, and the meadow. Unit was tastefully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen. We definitely go back to this unit again.

The unit was very clean and the complex had plenty of parking. We called the day before our arrival to make a last minute reservation and Gary was able to accommodate our needs. The only two issues that arose were that we had to re-wash a lot of the utensils and cups due them being dirty. Also the frying pans were warped and had loose handles but we still managed to cook on them. Other than that it was great experience and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Mammoth.

Everything was perfect. The view of the Sherwins mountains was fabulous. It was clean, everything worked as it should. It was a downstairs unit so no need to lug all my luggage up slippery steps, We loved the hot tubs on site and will ask for this unit again soon. The decor was very attractive.
