Come to Mammoth and enjoy our seasonal pool and tennis court during our wonderful summers here in Mammoth. We also have a year round sauna and 2 spas. This unit has spectacular views of Mammoth Mountain, the meadow and Mammoth Creek from this beautifully upgraded condo.It is located right along Mammoth Creek. A total of 6 people can be accommodated. The master bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in this unit. YOU ARE ALLOWED 3 CARS/PARKING PASSES. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Mammoth Creek condos is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes with close proximity to retail shops, sporting shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, free shuttle stops to the village and ski lifts. Each condo is only a short walk to fishing in the Mammoth Creek and a few miles from the Mammoth Lakes Basin where the fishing is incredible. Enjoy our two heated year round hot tubs along with our heated pool for the summer months. Explore the miles upon miles of hiking and biking trails that the Eastern Sierras has to offer. Unit #33 was assigned to us in lieu of #15 due to some issue & #33 was the only available 1st floor unit with a recliner - which I need for disability issues for sleeping. The recliner is a swivel rocker- no obvious locking mechanism to stop the swivel so I called the Mgr to try to adjust it. He was able to jam a couple heavy boxes on either side to stop the swivel and let me use the reclining lever more easily. Itâs still a BAD recliner but it was only for 4 nights. My friend was going to use the master bedroom but the bed is so *ridiculously* high and bulky youâd need a Hoyer lift to get in it. So she tried the twin beds. One was incredibly lumpy & uncomfortable, the otherâs top mattress slid around and felt unsafe so my friend slept on the sofa 3 of 4 nights. The kitchen faucet is wobbly. The master bdr toilet is so low! Hard for a 70yr old to use. Those round "hockey puck" bathroom soaps are useless. Glad 2 soap pumps were avail. Otherwise, great view & great heating system.

Fabulous, Awesome, Wonderful!!! I have been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for years. Most of my stays have been at Mammoth Creek Condos. I have never been disappointed. This last stay was in Unit 33 and is my favorite Unit. Will book it again. It provides you the best views. The Managers, Cheryl and Gary, are fantastic. If you have any questions or concerns, they respond immediately. I have never had a bad experience. Unit 33 is very comfortable. Loved sitting on the patio and by Mammoth Creek which is steps away. You're also walking distance to The Stove restaurant and walking/biking trail. The only drawback is that it faces Old Mammoth Road. However, it's worth the view, ease of access and comfort of the Unit. Several days we had deer walking right by the unit. We have some great pictures and videos. You can't go wrong with any Unit at Mammoth Creek Condos. Can't wait to return to Unit 33!!!

TERRIFIC STAY AT MAMMOTH CREEK UNIT 33

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Mammoth Creek. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the spa, which we normally dip into after a hard day of skiing, was not open due to the pandemic. The condo was clean, and loaded with all of the kitchen items that we needed to avoid having to go out for meals. Gary and Cheryl did a great job of coordinating our visit! We will be back soon!

FAMILY SKI TRIP

We decided to have a ski trip to Mammoth, and looked for an accommodation at the last minute. Among the short list of hotels/cabins, I luckily found this place, and it was the right decision. Spacious and cozy cabin was comfortable, and the field in front of the cabins was great for kids to play snowball fights in the afternoon. Kids loved the cute interior decorations in the mountain and lake theme. Would love to return!
