The views are amazing in this unit as you can see the meadow, the creek, and the Sherwin Mountains.It is close to the spas, pool, tennis court, and is located right along Mammoth Creek. A maximum of 3 people can be accommodated. A 42" LCD TV in living room with DVD blue ray player. King size bed in the master bedroom with TV and VCR/DVD player. Twin size pull out sofa in the living room. This unit has new carpet and through out. It has beautiful original art work on the walls. YOU ARE ALLOWED 2 CARS/PARKING PASSES ONLY. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Mammoth Creek condos is centrally located in Mammoth Lakes with close proximity to retail shops, sporting shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, free shuttle stops to the village and ski lifts. Each condo is only a short walk to fishing in the Mammoth Creek and a few miles from the Mammoth Lakes Basin where the fishing is incredible. Enjoy our two heated year round hot tubs along with our heated pool for the summer months. Explore the miles upon miles of hiking and biking trails that the Eastern Sierras has to offer. The condo we were in, was a bit old, but everything was clean and comfortable. Lovely surrounding gardens. The outside was nicely maintained. It had all the cooking items you need. Great view out the window to the mountains, close to the nice-looking pool. Host and housekeepers worked hard to get us into the room early so we could go to the blue's concert, we really appreciated that. Good info about the local trolley. The laundry room has a complicated way of getting the machines started, you'll need both a credit card and a phone so you can take a picture of a QR code and download the App. Remind yourself that working your 68-year-old brain is good for warding off dementia. Lovely place to stay. I'd buy a unit if I could. Thank you to the host/manager!

WE LOVE MAMMOTH CREEK CONDOS!

We've stayed at Mammoth Creek Condos many times over the last twenty plus years and we just love it. It has everything we need. It's a great place if you have kids or just looking to get away with that special someone. We particularly like the location, the views, and the creek that runs the edge of the property. Nothing beats the sound listening to the sound of the water while sipping your coffee on the balcony in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. BRILLIANT SPACIOUS CONDO WITH A GORGEOUS VIEW. UNIT 25

I've been luck enough to have visited Mammoth for the last 29 years. I've stopped in many different accommodations, hotels as well as a variety of condos. I always choose condos now due to the facilities. I've never stopped in Mammoth Creek condos before but I will say they are the best I've come across in all my travels to Mammoth. The 1 bed unit was huge. There were 2 bed settees in the spacious lounge, and a huge bed in the master suite. Even with the double bed settee open there was still plenty of room. The kitchen, albeit small, was crammed with every kind of cooking utensil which was ideal as we stayed in and ate in every day. There is a table and chairs to seat 6 as well as 4 stools. There is a huge walk in wardrobe too and plenty of drawer space. A balcony outside overlooks the creek and although you could hear a little car noise it didn't disturb the view. The unit is next to a tennis court and near the pool/jacuzzi. Plenty of parking too. 3 mins from the nearest bus stop.

IT WAS OK, COULD BE BETTER!

The booking was very easy. The location of the condos are fantastic! However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. You are pretty much out and about the entire day and when you come back to your condo you just want to go to sleep. But when you have uncomfortable bedding, mattress and pillows you toss and turn the entire night. Although the sofas also turned into pull out beds the mattress is soo thin that our backs hurt after the trip. We were booked for three nights we ended up only staying two nights! Please change your beds. Make is worth staying the night.

WONDERFUL STAY IN UNIT 25

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Unit 25 for 4 nights in mid April. We mostly wanted a comfortable place with nice views, with a kitchen that we could cook a majority of our meals. This place truly delivered all of this. We also ventured out a bit to the village, both sides of the Mammoth resort and a few other places in town, and everything seemed to be a 5 to 10 minute ride away. So, this place was nice and the location was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.

The view of the mountains is beautiful from the living room. I was there during part of the storms and just loved being bundled up on the couch staring out the window. A few drawbacks was the hot water. Could only take a quick shower so the next person could take one. Even then they got partly cold water. The other was the kitchen cookware and not so sharp knives.
