We stayed for four days to attend a wedding. The suite was fabulous! Very close to the pool and parking was right in front of our unit. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

FISHING IN MAMMOTH

We enjoyed our stay at Mammoth Creek in Unit 15. It was clean and very quiet! Those are the most important factors for us. We have stayed in this Unit before and are very happy with it's location to the town of Mammoth. The fish weren't biting in the very close Mammoth Creek, but we found great success up at the lakes.

AS COULD BE EXPECTED

Disappointed in the recliner in the unit- that's where I sleep, and it was not the comfy chair I remembered. Microwave over stove juts out so far, it makes it hard to use - have to stand way back when it opens - plus the controls are less than intuitive. The condo heats very nicely, was very clean Probably will not choose this one again.

The condo did have a smoke smell and the tv was fuzzy and unable to watch. The porch area could have been cleaned so we could have enjoyed sitting outside our room. The rest of the condo was great. We enjoyed the pool and bbq area and of course all the fun things to see in Mammoth. Hope to be back next year

CUTE BUT WARM

If you stay here in the summer months, bring fans, lots of fans. Being on the bottom floor was tough. Couldn’t leave any windows open due to wildlife. Also the screen was off the frame so when we did have it open during the day we ended up with a crazy amount of flies to kill. Things are out dated for sure. Having cable was nice. The kitchen was decently equipped. The bathroom fan is minuscule so if you took anything over a luke warm shower to whole place was even hotter. The place was clean and conveniently located.

Mammoth Creek Condos have always been our favorite when we visit Mammoth! We love their location. They are right on Mammoth Creek, and close to town. You can jump on the town loop trail practically out of your front door. Unit 15 fit our needs perfectly. It's on the ground floor, decorated like a cabin in the woods, and it was very clean. It was also very quiet. It was smokey in Mammoth from the Dixie fire while we were there, so it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in when we didn't feel comfortable going outside.

Very clean and comfortable condo located in a central but very quite neighborhood near the creek. All are perfect except the faucet of the sink which should be replaced. It’s extremely tight and make you think it’s broken.

My friends and I were assigned unit 15 and we ENJOYED our stay the entire weekend. The unit made us feel like we are right at home and created very cozy environment in midst of snow storm! The spa is a big bonus and it was very close by. It was my second visit to Mammoth Creek and first time for other friends. The check in and out were a swift process and we will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything!

VERY NICE CONDO #15

This is my second stay in #15 and I enjoyed it both times. I cannot sleep on a bed, so I am very happy that there is a comfortable recliner I can sleep in. My friend said the bed was very comfortable but because it’s so high, it was difficult to get into it- she suggests an additional chair in there, or a step stool to help get into the bed. Once she was in it, it was comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the center of town but far enough that it didn’t feel too busy. Of course, this is the best time of year- before town is inundated with snow seekers! I attended the ESIA conference out at the SNARL research center and hope to attend many more, and hope to keep enjoying Condo #15. Thanks for everything- Sherrill

The location was just perfect! So close to restaurants, beautiful bike paths and of course the peaceful creek right next door. The condo was clean, but definitely needs to be updated. A new mattress and better lighting would make it much better.

We enjoyed the unit and the complex location. The unit was clean and everything worked as it should. The complex is getting a new paint job making it all fresh and clean looking also. Being close to the Snow Creek golf course was a plus. Thanks to all????

The unit we stayed in was nice and roomy with a great location near the jacuzzi and front office. Very clean too with everything we needed in the room. Also the weekend we stayed up there we actually got snowed in a few extra days and the managment was very helpful and nice to accomodate us during that time. Highly recommend this condo and I will definitely go back! :)

The place was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. You can walk to the stream to enjoy your morning coffee and walk into town. Gary was so accommodating. We go to mammoth a few times a year this is our new condo to stay at.
