Dear Mammoth Creek Condo Guests,

We will be open for nightly rentals starting June 19th!

We have implemented the following new policies and procedures to keep you, our staff and our owners, safer during these difficult times.  PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION COMPLETELY, THANK YOU!

MANDATORY VACANCY PERIOD - Properties will remain vacant for a minimum of 24 hours between stays.  We may be contacting some of you to see if you can adjust your stay by 1 night to accommodate this vacancy period.  Thanks in advance.

RENTAL OFFICE PRECAUTIONS – a new glass barrier has been installed in the office at the reception desk to keep contact at a minimum.  We’ll be wiping down high touch areas like door knobs and counter tops through the day.  Signage is displayed saying masks must be worn in the office at all times.  Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk too.

BEDDING AND LINEN – All our linen is professionally laundered, and the bed spread, mattress pad, and pillows will be sanitized.  Beds are being “triple sheeted” to provide extra protection.  Throw pillows, couch blankets and pillow shams have been removed and stored.  If you think you could need extra blankets or pillows please plan on bringing them.

SOFA BED – we are NOT leaving extra linens and towels out for the sofa sleepers. If you plan on using the sofa sleeper you must let us know before arrival.  Thank you!

 CLEANING – we have provided our maid with a new hepa filter vacuum.  Staff has been trained to follow specific disinfecting protocol. In addition to our standard cleaning regimen, the following “high touch” items will be disinfected prior to guest stays, including, but are not limited to, entry keypads (if applicable), door knobs and handles, kitchen appliances and hard surfaces, television/electronic remotes, bathroom fixtures, light switches, lamp turn knobs, closet and dresser drawer handles and pulls, stairway railings. High touch “soft surfaces” such as upholstery will be sanitized with approved products that are safe for occupants.  Staff will wear face covering and gloves at all times when working in rental properties and have been trained in proper use of these protective items.

KITCHEN – owner spices and condiments will not be accessible, our apologies.  All kitchen items will be put away clean. However, it is not possible to clean every item in kitchen.  We are asking all guests to use good judgement in using kitchen items and perhaps wash or rinse before using.  All kitchen counter items will be wiped down and sanitized after each guest.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING – again, we’ve talked to all of our staff about proper PPE usage and disposal, as well as social distancing protocol and what to watch for as far as symptoms of the virus.

POOL, SPAS, SAUNA AND TENNIS COURT – the tennis court is open.  The pool and pool furniture will be available and pool furniture and restrooms will be sanitized regularly throughout the day.  At this time we are not able to make the spas or sauna available and they will be closed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES - After June 19th normal cancellation policies will apply.  During our peak summer period you have to cancel 30 days out to get a refund, and there is still a $150 fee.  If you cancel inside 30 days we have to re rent the unit for you to receive a refund, and there is still a $150 fee even if we do re rent your unit.
