I started coming to Mammoth for skiing in 1989.  My youngest daughter learned to ski here on the mountain when she was only 3 years old.  Our family loved the fact that we could camp in the summer and ski in the winter and we were a comfortable drive from southern California.

I moved here in 1997 and my 3 girls have continued to have a great time visiting. Since we are a short drive to beautiful Yosemite National Park we make it a family tradition to go in June when the falls are full and amazing.

My Middle daughter and her husband moved here in 2001 and I have 3 grandchildren that I am “Nana” to. They have all learned to ski, swim, hike and camp here in our wonderful town.

There is so much to do here in Mammoth that we never get bored of the small close town we live in.
